Toyota Venza: Rear Right Center Sensor Malfunction (C1AE8)
DESCRIPTION
The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor). If the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor) has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

(a) Replace the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear right center sensor) with a known

HINT:
All of the sensors are interchangeable. To confirm whether a sensor is functioning normally, switch it with a known good sensor from the other end of the vehicle.
