INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the generator with the 2 bolts. Torque: 52 N·m {530 kgf·cm, 38 ft·lbf} |
|
|
(b) Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt. Torque: 10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf} |
|
(c) Connect the generator wire with the nut.
Torque:
9.8 N·m {100 kgf·cm, 87 in·lbf}
(d) Install the terminal cap.
(e) Connect the generator connector.
2. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

(a) Install the clamp bracket with the bolt. Torque: 10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf} |
|
(b) Attach the wire harness clamp to the clamp bracket.
3. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT

6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
