Toyota Venza Service Manual / Steering Column / Steering Lock System / Dtc Check / Clear

DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK DTCS

(a) Turn the engine switch off.

(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(d) Turn the Techstream on.

(e) Check for DTCs. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Smart Key / Trouble Codes.

(f) Confirm the details of the DTCs (See page ).

2. CLEAR DTCS

(a) Turn the engine switch off.

(b) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(d) Turn the Techstream on.

(e) Clear the DTCs. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Smart Key / Trouble Codes.

(f) According to the display on the Techstream, select the trouble code data display with the clear button.
