INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a) Install a new gasket to the sensor. Text in Illustration

(b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Torque:
20 N·m {204 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf}
HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor (See page ).
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE
3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY
6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
9. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
10. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK
(a) Install the windshield wiper motor and link (See page ).
11. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
12. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
