INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT SEATBACK HEATER LH

(a) Apply battery voltage and check the seatback heater.

OK:

Measurement Connection

Condition

Specified Condition

Battery positive (+) → Terminal 1

Battery negative (-) → Terminal 2

Always

Seatback heater becomes warm

(Front Seatback Heater)

If the result is not as specified, replace the front seatback heater.

NOTICE:

Immediately after confirming that the seat heater is functioning normally, remove the battery leads. Failing to do so may cause the seat heater to overheat.
