INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT DRIVE MONITOR SWITCH

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
2 (HAZ) - 3 (E)	Hazard warning switch off	10 kΩ or higher
2 (HAZ) - 3 (E)	Hazard warning switch on	Below 1 Ω

*1	Component without harness connected (Drive Monitor Switch)

If the result is not as specified, replace the driver monitor switch.
