FREEZE FRAME DATA
1. FREEZE FRAME DATA
(a) Whenever a DTC is detected, the AFS ECU (headlight swivel ECU assembly) stores the current vehicle (sensor) state as Freeze Frame Data.
2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / AFS / Trouble Codes.
(e) According to the display on the Techstream, select the trouble code data display with Freeze Frame Data.

3. CLEAR FREEZE FRAME DATA
NOTICE:
Clearing the DTC will also clear the Freeze Frame Data.
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Clear the DTC and Freeze Frame Data (See page ).

NOTICE:
When the diagnosis system is changed from normal mode to check mode or vice versa,
all DTCs and freeze frame data recorded in normal mode are cleared. Before changing
modes, always check and make a note of DTCs and freeze frame ...
